Our Process

 

Pastor Marilyn and Dr. Joyce meet with organization leaders to identify needs and tailor the approach and content for the individual organization or group. They facilitate conversations, lead workshops and training sessions, and provide consultation according to the needs of the organization. In workshops and training sessions, they engage participants in interactive learning based on principles of adult transformative learning. Together participants examine their own stories and experiences of racism and unpack the social construction and manifestations and impact of systemic racism.
